February 17th: On this day a year ago I started my journey at Studio M. It was the best decision I ever made for myself. I was the kind of person that would stay in my comfort zone and did not like change. If I ever worked out, it would had just lasted 2 months and then I was done. Chrissy and her team Lisa, Jessica and Amy are the most motivating supportive group of women that I have come across. I would follow Chrissy back to her Fitness Factory days, look at her videos through the years doubted myself and say “I cannot do those workouts”. It looked too intimidating for me to do but I was wrong. I started off on my own pace and gotten better as time went on. The workouts are constantly changing, never boring and the music is on point. The group of women in there are so amazing and supportive to one another and that is why we are a TEAM. Dedication, motivation and consistency is what I go by when I step into the gym every day. This has helped me not only mentally but physically. I do post on a daily basis for accountability and also to hopefully inspire someone else to start this journey as well. I should have started this a long time ago but it’s never too late. This has become my daily routine. So I wanted to thank Chrissy and her team for always starting our days off so positive, energetic and so encouraging to keep pushing for my goals. So cheers to many more days, weeks, months and years of keeping MYSELF going.

I joined Studio M just over 3 years ago after gaining a lot of weight during the pandemic. At the time, my goal was to lose weight. After three years with Chrissy and the team at Studio M, I’ve finally realized that my goal is actually to get stronger, not smaller. I don’t “chase calories” in my workouts anymore. I workout to build strength and endurance so that I can live a long, healthy, and active life.
Studio M has taught me to push myself to my physical limits and then ask what’s next. I’ve taken every type of class that they offer, including strength, spin, barre, and TRX. I’ve even done a couple of rounds of personal training with Chrissy as well, which allowed me to focus on my goals in a different way.
Fitness is a journey. I no longer have a “goal weight.” My only goal each day is to show up and do my best to be a little bit better than I was the day before. Chrissy and the team at Studio M have given me the support and motivation to truly make this a lifestyle and I’m grateful!

I have to give a huge shout-out to Studio M! Chrissy and her team are truly amazing at what they do. Joining Studio M has taught me that it’s okay to make time for myself and has had a positive impact on my overall health and well-being. Since April 2023, I have improved on strength, balance, endurance and noticeably more fit. My goal was not weight loss, just being healthy. In the process my blood work significantly improved and my knee pain almost to none at all. Needless to say, Studio M has exceeded all of my expectations. These ladies will work you and have you doing things you never thought you could all while keeping class fun and exciting. Amy told me to try one class almost a year ago and I have been hooked never dreading a workout! Seeing and feeling results in a short time keeps me focused on showing up every week. I truly love this community of women.

As I sit here scrolling through Facebook trying to find a before photo of myself, I can see how much I hid not only from the camera, but from life in general. I struggled with antepartum and postpartum depression through all three of my pregnancies. I withdrew from life and each day was spent trying to make myself feel better while the struggles of caring for children and the side effects of the different antidepressants made it feel impossible. After having my son, who will now be 3 in August I decided I was going to take my life back. I wanted to be better not just for my family this time, but for myself. I started with nutrition which got me very far, but in January of 2020 I was recommended to Studio M by Christina Astorino. I have never been able to stick to an exercise program, and always found excuses to quit. Studio M has been an absolute life saver for me. It took a few weeks to be able to push through those feelings of shame that I was so out of shape compared to these other amazing women. My husband would just keep telling me everyone has to start somewhere. Once, I started to see the amazing results that was it. I was addicted. Unfortunately, I was only able to do a few months in the actual studio before quarantine began, but Chrissy has now created a virtual wonderland of workouts and support. I have carved out the time every single day to do the live workouts and challenges Chrissy has put together for us. The amazing amount of support from all the ladies at Studio M keeps me going. It has given me so much confidence and has made me realize I am a priority. I have become a better wife, a better mother and a better person. I am so grateful for Studio M.

Studio M is hands down the BEST gym experience I've had in my life! I've been to other, similar gyms in the past and never found them to be welcoming or positive, but once I joined Studio M I knew I found my home. The trainers are amazing! I’ve been a member for two months taking classes, individual training with Chrissy and small group training. I’ve been to lots of different gyms over the years and I’m so glad I finally found Studio M! I wish I had found it sooner! I love the classes because Chrissy, Paula and Amy always make sure we are working hard and change it up every time so things don’t get repetitive. Studio M and Chrissy have been the perfect fit for me! I had planned on joining the studio in the fall. Unfortunately in October I broke my foot which brought all exercise to a halt! After 4 months of a cast and slow physical therapy I was able to officially join! Not being able to participate in classes at the level I wanted to was frustrating at the start. Classes were intense! I have slowly been regaining strength and balance. Chrissy has been so supportive, encouraging me through every class. Offering just the right balance of modifications and push! After 2 months of classes I am down 10 pounds, and feel a sense of camaraderie and adrenaline that I have only experience playing lacrosse in college. I look forward to getting back to 100%. I feel confident I will be able to do this at Studio M.

I joined Studio M the first week in January of this year. It has been 9 weeks, and I can honestly say, my life is forever changed. I have had multiple people ask me, “where do you work out?” “What do you do?” Chrissy is an amazing motivator and trainer. Every class you attend gets better and harder each week. There’s that saying “it takes 12 weeks to see your body transform,” and believe me I HAVE. I’ve significantly lost weight and it’s the best feeling seeing other people notice as well. After my second child, I fell in love with running. It was my "zen" so to speak. Then following my 5th half- marathon, I experienced an injury and felt constant pain when running. I spent over a year doing absolutely nothing. I heard of studio m from 2 different people within 24 hours and knew I needed to try it. When I joined Studio M I was stuck at a plateau for quite a bit of time. I wasn’t motivating myself and wasn’t making the effort to get back on track. Before I started attending Studio M, I felt happy but not satisfied with myself. I started attending Studio M to help myself not only physically but mentally.
